3 – Adequate Level –  Video demonstration of the athlete performing the position specific skill criteria and technique at a fundamental and functional level needing work but adequate. Physical Profile at or near the preferred size metric determining level of play scale. Speed, knee bend, quickness and hip flexibility at or near preferred numbers or range metric determining level of play scale.

4 – Developmental LevelVideo demonstration of the athlete performing the position specific skill criteria and technique at a developmental level needing work. Physical Profile below the preferred size metric determining level of play scale. Speed, knee bend, quickness and hip flexibility below preferred numbers or range metric determining level of play scale.

*Size/Strength/Speed:

LaDarius displays High Level physical profile, High Level core strength, Elite Level athletic ability relating to movement and ability to redirect instinctively, and Elite Level ability to move on the edge or at 2nd level.

*2nd Level/Space Play: 

LaDarius demonstrates an Elite Level ability to take sound angles to second level defenders, Elite Level  ability to cut off the angel of the defender, High Level ability to level change his hips in space when closing on target, Elite Level accelerating feet enabling movement and redirect in space, and Elite Level ability to come to balance in space.   

*Awareness:

LaDarius displays Elite Level instincts and read ability, Elite Level football vision, Elite Level ability to see flow and surface movement, and Elite Level point of attack speed. 

*Base – Leverage – Feet – Hip Flexibility:
