4 – levels of Rating:
1 – Elite Level – Video demonstration of the athlete performing the skill at an elite level.
2 – High Level– Video demonstration of athlete performing the skill / fundamental at a high level.
3 – Adequate Level – Video demonstration of athlete performing the skill / fundamental at a functional level needing work but adequate.
4 – Developmental Level – Video demonstration of athletes performing the skill / fundamental at a developmental level needing work.

*ATHLETIC ABILITY– QUICKNESS
Tommy displays Adequate Level quickness off LOS, Adequate Levelrelease, Adequate Level escape jam and seperation, Adequate Level quickness in and out of cuts and seperation quickness, and Adequate Level ability to turn & adjust body to keep on balance.

*Strengths include – Tommy is a tough, competitor with an edge. he will get after you and compete to the echo of the whistle. He moves well at the point of attack, understands leverage and demonstrates good feet and hand placement when engaging 1st level. He also brings an athletic skill set with the ability to engage at the 2nd level.
*Criteria of developmental focus – Tommy must improve core strength and continued work on feet and explosive speed development. Confidence is important for Tommy and making progress and becoming a team leader as a rising senior. His team will look to him.
*Moving Forward – Summer workouts with a focus on 100% attendance creating opportunities to lead younger team members, adapting to system, terminology and scheme will be important.
